Shopping tip. Four-storey old building with dormers and a two-storey, modern glazed store front. The two-winged building ground plan and a fenestration on all sides of the building allow placement of the model on a corner lot of two streets or as a freestanding solitaire.

This kit contains 390 parts in 6 colours and requires gluing and construction to complete. A suitable Plastic Cement Glue is required to complete this kit.
