One of the novelty highlights of 2017 is certainly the new NOCH Rock Casting System. It consists of six different rock moulds measuring 24 x 12 cm. The new NOCH PROFI casting compound (item no. 60918) was also specially developed for this purpose. This allows you to create deceptively real individual rocks, rock walls and rock formations as if by magic. Regardless of whether a mountain massif is to be built or a railway embankment to be modelled with individual rocks, the NOCH rock casting system offers the perfect solution: the rocks can be reproduced from a single mould in almost unlimited quantities with the PROFI casting compound. As a result, cast rocks are very inexpensive and are particularly suitable for designing large rock and stone surfaces.

The moulds have a special internal coating that makes it easier to demould the rocks after they have hardened. The packaging of the moulds is also designed in such a way that it also serves as a stable casting frame. This frame is placed under the rock mould to stabilize it. You can then pour it out with PROFI casting compound.

The special NOCH PROFI casting compound can be easily mixed with water in a ratio of 1:3, filled into rock moulds without bubbles and offers a high degree of stability. It hardens white and is therefore the ideal base material for self-cast rocks, which are then coloured with NOCH Natural Colours.
