Chevrolet Tow Truck Dave's Garage 1955-56
As the Chevrolet of the model years 1955/56 clearly deserves the model-making appreciation it is now receiving, the WIKING is making this mould classic available to collectors as a towing vehicle from “Dave's Garage”. When it was introduced nearly 50 years ago, the 1:87-scale version of the Chevrolet truck appealed to only a small number of model buyers in Germany and was primarily intended to expand WIKING's model range on the international market. This is part of the reason why this model is renowned as a US milestone to this day, not least because it epitomises the American spirit of decades past. The pointed fenders gave these US trucks manufactured by Chevrolet a design language that was entirely different from that of the trucks made in Germany in the decades after the war.
