Rondeau M379C Le Mans 1981 No.25 Ragnotti/Lafosse

Jean Rondeau puts his title back in challenge in 1981 with 5 cars. Among them 3 cars are entered into Group 6. The car number 25 is one of them. It is sponsored by Calberson, a regular sponsor at the event, which is making common cause with RTL. Jean-Louis Lafosse who is abandoning the time of a race his position as CEO of Gotti (rim manufacturer) is associated with Jean Ragnotti. Unfortunately, despite a very good start and the third place after one hour racing, Jean-Louis Lafosse was instantly killed when he struck the rails at the beginning of the Hunaudières just after 5 pm. Despite the accident, the team remained in the race.
