Details
The trackside hut conceals and covers Point Motor R8014, which is not included, and provides a base to mount the point motor above the baseboard.
The base of the trackside hut comes with a variable extension arm that allows you to position the motor at different distances from the track, on either side of the point.
You might also use, just the base of the housing, for mounting the Point Motor under the baseboard.
The Point Motor should be powered from the accessory power output on your controller (or other 16v AC supply), and only be operated by "passing contact" lever switch R044, which is not included.
