The Binz-KTW on the first E-Class chassis No other series so clearly marks the departure wish of WIKING as the first E-Class in the early years of the late 1980s - now there is a reunion with a very special E-Class specialist. At the time, the first E-Class at WIKING enjoys such a convincing lobby that a brand new ambulance is being built on the same chassis. Of course, as with its predecessor, it follows the Lorcher Binz coachbuilder. Many of the KTW used for prone cruises were still in use two decades later and then also received customized designs. Especially in the 1990s, the daylight red in emergency vehicles became popular, was later upgraded mostly by further warning design.
