The 5.5 inch gun first went into service with the Royal Artillery in North Africa in 1941 and was pulled by the famous four-wheel drive AEC Matador. The gun was handled by a team of ten men and fired on the 82lb shell. This kit contains 67 unpainted parts.

This kit is produced in grey plastic so additional painting will be required to complete. We recommend using either of the following glues to construct this kit.

• Revel Contacta
• Humbrol Poly Cement
