The PCC 10409 tram, built by Ateliers de Bruges in 1949, is from Belgium. Ateliers de Bruges was a well-known manufacturer involved in the production and maintenance of rolling stock, including trams and trains.

The PCC (Presidents' Conference Committee) design originated in the United States, but Belgium adopted and modified PCC trams for its own urban transport networks. These trams were used primarily in cities like Brussels, Antwerp, and Ghent, forming part of the extensive Belgian tramway system.
