Details

Recreate classic German motorail passenger train operations with the Fleischmann DDm car carrier wagon set. This detailed two-piece N gauge (1:160) model represents the double-deck DDm car transporter wagons used by the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB) to carry passengers’ cars on long-distance trains. These wagons were a familiar sight on European Autozug and holiday trains, allowing travellers to transport their vehicles while travelling comfortably in passenger coaches.

Finished for Epoch IV (approximately 1971–1991), this set is ideal for forming realistic German passenger train formations from the late 20th century. With accurate detailing, reliable running characteristics and modern coupler fittings, the wagons integrate easily into contemporary N-gauge layouts.
