The Ford Bronco is an iconic off-road vehicle that has become a symbol of rugged capability and adventure, produced by Ford Motor Company. First introduced in 1965 for the 1966 model year, the original Bronco was developed to compete with compact 4x4 vehicles such as the Jeep CJ and International Harvester Scout. Built on a dedicated platform, the early Bronco featured a simple, durable design with a short wheelbase, solid axles, and a choice of body styles including a roadster, pickup, and wagon.
