Italian Macchi MC.205 Veltro (1:32 Scale)

?The Macchi C.205 Veltro was a World War II-era Italian fighter aircraft developed by Aeronautica Macchi. Introduced in 1943, it was powered by the German Daimler-Benz DB 605 engine, offering enhanced performance over its predecessor, the C.202 Folgore. The C.205 featured a 2,350 kg empty weight and a 3,250 kg maximum takeoff weight, with a maximum speed of 642 km/h at 7,500 m altitude. Armament typically included two 12.7 mm Breda-SAFAT machine guns and two 20 mm MG 151/20 cannons. The aircraft was employed by the Regia Aeronautica, Luftwaffe, and post-war Italian Air Force. Despite its capabilities, production was limited, with only 262 units built. Today, several C.205s are preserved in museums, including the National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan.
