Recreate a classic early Cold War armoured vehicle with a detailed plastic model kit of the M47 Patton Medium Tank. Developed and deployed to United States armoured units in the early 1950s, the M47 represented a significant evolution over earlier designs such as the M46, delivering improved protection, firepower, and overall battlefield performance.

The M47 Patton was armed with a turret-mounted 90mm M3 gun, giving it strong anti-armour capability for its era. With a combat weight of approximately 46 tons, it was powered by a Continental 12-cylinder V-type air-cooled engine producing 810 hp, enabling a maximum road speed of around 45 km/h.

Beyond its service with the United States Army, the M47 was widely adopted by NATO allies and other countries during the Cold War. Its reputation for reliability and robustness ensured long operational use, with several European armoured forces continuing to operate it into the 1980s.

The M47 also saw active combat service in multiple regions, including the Middle East and during the Indo-Pakistani conflict, further demonstrating its versatility and durability as a Cold War-era armoured platform.
