Recreate one of the most famous tanks of the Second World War with a detailed plastic model kit of the Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. E Tiger I. Designed to provide the German Army’s armoured divisions with a heavily armoured and powerfully armed breakthrough tank, the Tiger I was developed to operate alongside earlier medium tanks such as the Panzer III and Panzer IV, which had become less effective against modern enemy armour.

First deployed in combat at the end of 1942, the Tiger I saw action on the Eastern Front near Leningrad and in North Africa during the Tunisian campaign in early 1943. Its battlefield reputation was built on its combination of heavy armour protection and devastating firepower.

The Tiger I was armed with the legendary 88 mm KwK 36 L/56 long-barrel anti-tank gun, mounted in a heavily armoured turret with a 120 mm gun mantlet. This weapon was capable of penetrating enemy armour at long range, making the Tiger I one of the most feared armoured vehicles of its time.

This plastic model kit includes both link-and-length tracks and glueable rubber tracks for flexible construction options, along with decals for four different versions and a full-colour instruction sheet. Figure not included.
