Recreate the most iconic Allied tank of the Second World War with a detailed plastic model kit of the M4 Sherman “Wet”. As the most widely produced and deployed armoured vehicle of the conflict, the M4 Sherman formed the backbone of American armoured forces and was manufactured in numerous variants to meet evolving battlefield requirements.

The “Wet” version was introduced in 1944 during operational service to improve crew survivability and reduce the risk of fire, a known issue in earlier Sherman production models. This was achieved through redesigned and repositioned fuel tanks, which were immersed in a propylene glycol solution, significantly lowering the chance of ignition and explosions in combat conditions.

Crew confidence in the Sherman increased thanks to its improved reliability and enhanced battlefield survivability. The M4 Sherman “Wet” saw extensive deployment on the European front during the final stages of World War II, supporting Allied advances through France and into Germany.
