Designed for use with Locomotives, Freight & Passenger cars. We recomend operating the Remote Coupler Kits using the Kadee® RC Remote System, Other means of operating & controlling the servo can be used with Kadee® RC Remote Couplers. Assembled Actuated Body Mount Coupler with Gearbox for adding additional remote couplers to cars with a Kadee-RC Remote uncoupling system in place. All you have to do is attach the Actuated Body Mount Coupler² with Gearbox to your #830 body mount platform¹, plug the Servo into a mounted #11110 Receiver Kit (sold separately) that has been "bound" to your #11215 Hand-Held Transmitter (sold separately) and you are ready to Remote Uncouple Anywhere*. * Limited uncoupling on curves. ¹ Some cars may require additional modification that the Basic Starter Kit is not equipped to convert. ² Use our #880 or 980 G-Scale Height Gauge to check for the correct coupler height and trip pin clearance.
