The 1955 VW Bulli KLV-20 is a rare, specialized rail bus converted from a T1 Kombi van for the Deutsche Bundesbahn, featuring no steering wheel, a 28-hp industrial engine, and a hydraulic lifting/turning mechanism for single-person operation on tracks. These vehicles reached 70 km/h and were used for maintenance until the 1970s.
