Shop Guidance Covid-19 (Updated 21 December 2020)

Update 21 December. In order to protect each other in these difficult times, when entering our shop you will be asked if you have travelled from a Tier 3 or Tier 4 area and if you are displaying any symptoms consistent with that of COVID-19.
If you have, you will be refused entry.
Thank you for your co-operation.

Hopefully you have being keeping well during this difficult time. As per government guidelines we are pleased to announce that our physical shop will be re-opening on Wednesday 2nd December at 0900 and operating our usual opening hours thereafter.

For this happen we have had to make some slight changes to best maintain social distancing and to protect you and our team. When arriving you will notice we have made some changes outside the building. Please follow the signs and respect the one way system from our car park into the shop.

Please be aware, however that due to issues some of our suppliers are experiencing during this pandemic, our store is not as fully stocked as normal. We do ask that you check online at first if you require a particular item to see if the stock you require is available.

From Monday we will have to limit the number of people in our shop at any time to 10. This means you may need to queue at peak times. Everyone (young and old) are welcome but we please ask people to minimise groups to allow others to enter the store.

When you enter the shop, you will be greeted by a member of shop staff who will ensure you use the hand sanitizer provided and every group will be given a sanitised basket. We ask that you browse the store following any directions provided and social distance as much as possible. Once you are ready to leave the store, please make your way to the till and pay for your goods. We ask that all transactions are undertaken by card and via contactless payment if possible.

When you leave the store, please pay attention to people waiting to enter and maintain social distance as per government guidelines, using the one way system.

This will be a bit strange for all of us, but if we can respect each other and the guidelines, then that will make things so much easier.

For those of you who are still in a form of isolation, remember you (and anyone else) can continue to order online and we thank everyone who has been doing so during the lockdown. There must be some serious projects underway which we look forward to hearing about.

We look forward to seeing you all again in due course.
