Bachmann Group Announcements: Spring 2026

The Spring 2026 Announcements from Bachmann set the tone with a broad and layout-focused OO scale programme, headlined by the new Eastern Express and Suburban Sulzer train sets. Alongside these sit an impressive line-up of classic British locomotives, including multiple new Jubilees, Patriots, 4Fs, J11s, and the early diesel prototypes LMS 10000 and 10001, supported by an extensive range of modern and historic wagons, many offered weathered, plus a substantial expansion of Scenecraft buildings, infrastructure, loads and figures to support complete, ready-to-run layouts across a wide spread of eras.

Following on, Graham Farish delivers a strong N scale update focused on everyday operation, led by the ever-popular Class 101 2-car DMU in BR Blue, Regional Railways and early BR Green “Speed Whiskers” liveries, with standard and factory sound-fitted options, including the distinctive Power Twin formations. Passenger stock is enhanced with new Mk1 Travelling Post Office vans in Post Office, Royal Mail and BR finishes, while freight modellers gain a useful mix of private-owner wagons and modern bogie hoppers, all complemented by a selection of practical Scenecraft buildings and infrastructure. Rounding out the Spring announcements, EFE Rail brings characterful releases across OO and N scale, with the much-anticipated Class 23 “Baby Deltic” in N gauge covering multiple running numbers and detail variations, and a finely detailed OO range of 54ft non-corridor coaches in pre-grouping and early grouping liveries. These are joined by the EFE Road range, adding nostalgic flair with Leyland Atlantean open-top buses in regional NBC liveries and the eye-catching Devon General “Sea Dog” gift set, rounding off a comprehensive and era-spanning Spring 2026 programme.
