Thunderbirds Are GO!… again!

This month sees AIP launch three new Big projects. A 1:144 scale Thunderbird 2, and two 1:6 scale figures.

1:144 Scale Thunderbird 2 and Firefly

Due Late 2025

Thunderbird 2 is International Rescue’s iconic heavy-duty transporter. Capable of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) and speeds of up to 5,000 mph, this formidable aircraft delivers specialised rescue equipment to disaster zones via one of six interchangeable container pods.

This officially licensed large-scale injection-moulded plastic model kit includes Pod 6 and its high-powered fire-fighting vehicle, Firefly. Piloted by Virgil Tracy, Thunderbird 2 appeared in all but one episode of the classic Thunderbirds TV series.
