The locomotive radio receiver (# 35040) offers all the operating features of the analog control units of the # 35028 set with some extras: The locomotive radio receiver has a handy design and fits into most garden rail locomotives.

The receiver also has two function contacts, which serve, among other things, the activation of the horn / whistle and the bell on a separate sound module. The receiver is intended for battery operation (batteries not included). Alternatively, the receiver can also be operated with a DC source with a voltage of 7-22 volts, for example, the voltage applied to the track.

The receiver has simple and user-friendly connections for the motor / light and the two function outputs. With the locomotive radio receiver (# 35040) and your garden railroad locomotive equipped with batteries, you can remotely control the train from anywhere - eg on dirty or de-energized tracks!
