Surtees TS16/03 Model Set (1:32 Scale)
The Surtees TS16 was a Formula One car designed by John Surtees for the 1974, 1975, and 1976 seasons. It featured an aluminium alloy monocoque chassis and was powered by a 2.993 L (182.6 cu in) Ford Cosworth DFV V8 engine, coupled with a Hewland FG400 5-speed manual transmission. The TS16 made its debut at the 1974 Argentine Grand Prix, with drivers José Carlos Pace and Jochen Mass. Despite initial promise, the car struggled with reliability issues throughout its career. In total, the TS16 participated in 26 World Championship races, achieving no wins, poles, or fastest laps .
