This detailed kit depicts the final and most advanced development of the M60 series, which served as a backbone of U.S. armoured forces throughout the 1980s alongside the early M1 Abrams.

The real M60A3 was an upgraded version of the earlier M60 design, incorporating significant improvements in fire control, targeting systems, and battlefield effectiveness. It was equipped with the 105 mm M68 rifled gun fitted with a thermal sleeve, supported by a laser rangefinder and ballistic computer, greatly improving first-round hit probability compared to earlier variants.
