Finished in municipal orange and fitted with a functional tipping body, this highly detailed vehicle is based on the Mercedes-Benz Actros range and is ideal for roadworks, civil engineering projects, quarry operations, railway maintenance scenes, and industrial layouts.

Part of the innovative CarMotion system, this fully functional model combines realistic driving characteristics with advanced infrared control technology. The underfloor drive system leaves the tipping body unobstructed, allowing for a highly authentic appearance. Complete with rotating warning beacons, realistic lighting functions, and configurable driving behaviour, the Actros tipper adds movement and operational realism to any modern HO scale layout.

The model is equipped with a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery providing approximately 4–6 hours of operation under normal running conditions. Additional functions include cab lighting, brake lights, reversing lights, indicators, hazard warning lights, dipped and main beam headlights, and a visible driver figure. A 5-pin coupling allows connection to compatible CarMotion trailers and semi-trailers. Magnetic reed-switch operation enables easy on/off control, while infrared remote-control functionality allows precise manoeuvring, including short-distance reversing without mechanical guidance. The vehicle is compatible with magnetic tape guidance, contact wire systems, permanent magnets, electromagnetic stop coils, and the CarMotion remote-control system.
