Part of the innovative CarMotion range, this model combines authentic vehicle detailing with advanced infrared-controlled operation for realistic road traffic on your layout. The powerful Magirus Deutz prototype is faithfully reproduced and features smooth driving characteristics, realistic acceleration and braking behaviour, and a comprehensive lighting package. Whether operating as part of an emergency fleet or adding interest to everyday road scenes, this vehicle brings movement and realism to any HO scale layout.

The model is equipped with a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery offering approximately 4–6 hours of operation under normal conditions. Additional functions include cab lighting, brake lights, reversing lights, indicators, hazard warning lights, dipped and main beam headlights, and a visible driver figure. A 5-pole plug-in coupling allows connection to compatible CarMotion trailers and semi-trailers. The vehicle can be controlled via infrared signals, magnetic guidance systems, electromagnetic stop coils, and the CarMotion remote control. Convenient magnetic reed-switch operation allows easy switching on and off, while short-distance reversing is also possible without mechanical guidance. A compatible sound upgrade is available using sound module 8452.
