This limited-edition release features the iconic first-generation Mercedes-Benz Actros with M cab and a specially printed box body carrying Viessmann and CarMotion branding. Perfect for logistics centres, exhibition layouts, distribution depots, industrial scenes, and modern railway operations, this collectible model combines authentic detailing with advanced vehicle technology.

Part of the innovative CarMotion range, this fully functional model delivers realistic road traffic with infrared-controlled operation, configurable speeds, and smooth acceleration and braking characteristics. The underfloor drive system keeps the cargo body unobstructed while providing reliable running performance. Whether operating alongside rail freight terminals or as part of a busy road transport scene, this limited-edition Actros brings movement and realism to any HO scale layout.

The model is equipped with a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery providing approximately 4–6 hours of operation during normal running conditions and around 2 hours at maximum speed. Additional functions include cab lighting, brake lights, reversing lights, indicators, hazard warning lights, dipped and main beam headlights, and a detailed driver figure visible through the cab. A 5-pole plug-in coupling allows connection to compatible CarMotion trailers and semi-trailers. The vehicle is compatible with magnetic tape guidance, contact wire systems, permanent magnets, electromagnetic stop coils, and infrared remote control. An optional sound upgrade is available using sound module 8456.
