ATD Models

ATD Models is a UK-based manufacturer specialising in high-quality card model kits for railway enthusiasts and modellers. Founded by school friends Tim and Dan, who possess extensive experience in print, design, CAD and paper engineering. The company operates from Ilkeston, Derbyshire - a town renowned for housing the UK's largest wrought iron viaduct. 
 
ATD Models offers a diverse range of pre-cut, creased and scored kits, printed in high definition to minimise the need for touch-ups. Their product line includes structures such as 1930s and 1950s semi-detached houses, textile mills, workshops, boiler houses with chimneys and a bus depot, all designed to add authenticity to model railway layouts. A range of texture packs are also produced to allow modellers to customise their kits as required.
 
In 2024, ATD Models expanded into TT Scale kits, introducing four new kits and two texture packs. Notable releases include office block buildings and traction maintenance depot structures, reflecting their commitment to catering to various modelling scales and preferences. 
 
Each kit comes with easy-to-follow instructions, ensuring that both novice and experienced modellers can confidently assemble detailed and realistic scenes.
