Seafoam trees offer one of the simplest and most effective ways to create natural, highly realistic vegetation on a model railway layout. Made from a real plant material, each piece features delicate, branching structures that closely resemble miniature tree forms straight out of the box, making them suitable for a wide range of scales and scenic applications.

Designed with flexibility in mind, seafoam can be used as-is for small trees and shrubs or built up with scenic leaves and other scatters to create larger, more detailed specimens. Their irregular, organic shapes make them particularly well suited to modelling wild landscapes such as embankments, woodland edges and overgrown areas, where uniform plastic trees can often look unrealistic.

Easy to work with and highly adaptable, seafoam trees allow modellers to achieve convincing results with minimal effort, offering a natural foundation for creating dense forests, individual feature trees or subtle scenic detailing across any layout.

Most suited for OO, HO, N and Z gauge. Seafoam is a natural product which can be "planted" straight from the box if you wish, but a little extra work with scatter material is well worth the effort.

Scatters for the foliage come in three forms- flock, foliage and leaves, in a range of greens and autumnal tints. All the modelling techniques needed to enhance this product further are fully explained in the instructions.
