Detailed plastic kit ready for use with 1:76 scale model railways, High rise hotels started to spring up in the 1960s, so they are suitable for layouts from the Diesel era onwards. This impressive structure can also be used to represent other high-rise buildings such as offices, tower blocks, and hospitals. You have the option of building the model with the external lift shaft either on the front or rear of the building.

We recommend using any of the following glues to construct this kit.

• Deluxe Materials Plastic Glue
• Revell Contacta Professional Glue

This kit includes a Train-Tech lighting unit and four LEDs which can be fitted during kit construction adding easy to install lighting to your model.
