BR Class 02s
Available Now
These compact yet powerful O gauge diesel shunters have already earned glowing reviews from both the press and our customers, praised for their high quality, fine detailing, and excellent performance. Each model features a powerful 5-pole motor with flywheel, a 21-pin DCC decoder interface, factory-fitted speaker, and independently switchable shunting and cab interior lighting, all packed into a finely detailed body.
A vibrant mix of BR, industrial, and preserved liveries is planned for Batch 1, offering something for every modeller. With high-spec, ready-to-run four-wheel shunters in short supply for O gauge, this is your chance to grab one before they are gone!

Class 153 Railcars
Due August 2025
Excitement is building around Heljan's new range of second-generation DMUs, and it's easy to see why. With an outstanding specification and an attractive starting price, these models offer exceptional value and class-leading features.
Among the highlights are fully detailed interiors, factory-fitted speakers, cab and saloon lighting, and the first-ever working door button lights on a British ready-to-run model. DCC sound versions include route and operator-specific announcements, with bilingual English/Welsh audio on the Transport for Wales variant. Additional refinements include switchable day/night headlight modes, dummy BSI auto-couplers, and magnetic bars for realistic multiple working, making these some of the most advanced DMUs ever produced.
With demand already strong across all liveries in Batch 1, these are expected to sell through quickly. Production is nearing completion, and models will be leaving the factory soon, so now’s the time to secure yours!
BR Suburban DMUs
Due Quarter 3 2025
Many years after he initial idea came up, the highly anticipated Class 117, 121, and 122 BR Suburban DMUs and Railcars are finally on the way. Produced in limited quantities, many of the most popular liveries are already nearing sell-out, though there’s still time to secure your models while the order book remains open.
With 31 authentic liveries from the late 1950s to the 2000s, including BR Green, BR Blue, Network SouthEast, and GW150 Chocolate & Cream, these models offer a rich slice of railway history. Standard features include smooth, powerful performance on both DC and DCC, sprung metal buffers, screw link couplings, switchable interior lighting, fully detailed cabs and saloons, accurate differences between Pressed Steel and Gloucester RCW versions, and finely rendered body and underframe detailing.

Heljan's beautifully detailed SR PMV/CCT Utility Vans are now available, showcasing the versatility and charm of these long-serving vehicles. Spanning from the 1930s to the 1990s, no fewer than 13 liveries are on offer, including Southern Railway, British Railways, and BR departmental schemes, making them a perfect fit for a wide range of layouts.
Thanks to a clever modular design, these models accurately represent both CCT and PLV/PMV variants, with or without end doors, and come with planked, uneven planked, or plywood bodies. Additional features include sprung metal buffers, screw link couplings, optional stepboards, and finely detailed body and underframe components.
