Kato Japan Announce Two New Signals

The automatic colour signal for N Gauge UNITRACK makes a renewed debut with a completely reengineered design to enhance versatility and ease of installation. Featuring a redesigned power connection system and modified track length, the main signal unit now incorporates a 64mm straight track, offering greater flexibility for placement around tight curves and turnouts. By combining it with the included extension and 30mm straight track pieces, it can also function as a 124mm straight track—maintaining full compatibility with previous models and the Elevated Signal Bridge.

When a train passes, the signal automatically changes from green to red, then cycles to yellow before returning to green. If a train approaches from the opposite direction, the signal remains red, and when used with the separately sold Stop Signal Button (24-848), the signal can be manually set to stay red continuously.
