Austria – and the whole world – have been bitten by the Song Contest bug! Before Vienna transforms into the hotspot of the world's largest music competition from 11 to 16 May, the Austrian Federal Railways is sending an eye-catching advertising medium onto the rails. To mark the occasion, a Taurus locomotive was ceremonially launched in Vienna, and is now in service with Railjet, carrying the ESC message through Austria, Germany, Hungary and Switzerland. Of course, Roco is on board and is producing a unique model of the elaborately decorated machine. Delivery will take place just in time for the contest in May.
