Updating your Infinity system is quick and straightforward using the rear USB-C port on your base unit. Before you begin updating, make sure you have selected the correct software from the options below for your system, as well as the relevant quick start guide that explains the process and compatibility in more detail.

Updating Your Infinity Control System

To get started updating your system, you will need:

1. Your Infinity Base Unit with a Paired Handset

2. A Windows 10 or 11 Computer or Laptop.

3. A USB-C Data Cable (Either A to C or C to C)

4. A Quick Start Guide

Please Note: You are not able to install the analogue software on a digital system, or vice versa and attempting to do so will cause an error during the update.
