Inspired by the low-cost wooden halts introduced during the 1920s and 30s by railway companies such as the Great Western Railway, this model captures the distinctive construction of the period in fine detail. From timber sleeper surfaces with realistic wood grain to the intricately rendered supporting framework, fencing, running-in boards and period gas lamps, it offers an excellent representation of these charming wayside stops.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the modular kit comprises ten individual sections along with ramp ends, allowing you to adjust the overall length to suit your layout or even introduce gentle curves for a more natural finish. Perfect for creating a quiet countryside halt serving a small community, this new release is available now and can be combined with other O gauge lineside kits to build a cohesive and atmospheric scene.
