Sideways by Racer has announced a substantial expansion of its slot car range, introducing a wide selection of new cars, tuning parts and performance accessories aimed at both racers and collectors. Headlining the release are two new ready-to-run models: the BMW M1 Sauber Turbo Group 5 from Le Mans 1982 and the BMW M1 Turbo Group 5 “Holnburger Wurst” STT 1988, alongside a striking Porsche 935/78 “Moby Dick” Pink Pig special edition. These additions continue Sideways’ focus on iconic endurance and Group 5 machinery.
Supporting the new cars is an extensive catalogue of upgrade components and spare parts, including GT3 wheel inserts, performance tyres from the Pro Speed range, motors, axles, bushings and wheels designed to fine-tune racing performance. The range is further strengthened with numerous body kits, chassis components, cockpits and detail parts for popular GT3 and classic Group 5 models, as well as workshop tools and accessories. Together, these announcements reinforce Sideways’ commitment to competitive slot racing, offering racers a comprehensive ecosystem of cars, tuning upgrades and replacement parts.
